OK Labs is first and foremost a software products company committed to delivering innovative software products that enable complex embedded systems breakthroughs in the way  are developed. Our primary product, OKL4, is a high-performance system software platform, built using cutting-edge microkernel technology, which provides trustworthy virtualization and secure componentization capability for embedded systems. OKL4 supports system virtualization; secure execution of components in an execution environment with a minimal trusted computing base; and fault isolation within complex systems through the use of lightweight protected components. Used alone or as a compliment to full featured operating systems, OKL4 enables development teams to deliver more trustworthy systems in less time and at lower cost.

The OKL4 platform inherits 10+ years worth of development activity on microkernel-based system software conducted at the University of New South Wales and at NICTA, prior to the founding of OK Labs. Our products, like the OKL4 platform, are also the vehicle to provide our customers access to the benefits of recently completed research in new embedded systems development techniques and technologies.
